Refund Policy

Pre-launch demand validation

Renna is currently in pre-launch validation. During this period, when you place an order, your card is authorized for the order total but Renna does not capture the funds. Authorizations are voided within 24 hours, and no money is collected from your account.

If you see a “pending” charge on your statement after placing an order, your issuing bank will release it within 1–7 business days after we void the authorization. If the hold has not released within 7 business days, email hello@tryrenna.com and we will help you resolve it with your bank.

What happens to your order

Because we are validating demand before we ship, orders placed during this period are not fulfilled at this time. We email each customer within 24 hours of placing an order to confirm the refund and to let them know when product is available. As a thank you for helping us validate, every customer during this period will receive a free Renna product when we have inventory.

Standard refund policy (after launch)

Once Renna products are available for shipment, the standard refund policy applies:

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@tryrenna.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
