These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Renna website at tryrenna.com (the “Site”), operated by Renna Wellness Inc. (“Renna,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to place an order. Orders may only be shipped to US addresses.
Pre-launch demand validation
Renna is currently in pre-launch validation. During this period, when you place an order, your card may be authorized for the order total but is not captured. Authorizations are released within 24 hours and no funds are collected. See our Refund Policy for details.
Health and dietary supplement disclaimer
Renna products are dietary supplements. Statements regarding Renna products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Renna products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order in our reasonable discretion. Product availability is subject to change.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography, is owned by Renna or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renna’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
